Terms and Conditions

A signature is required on all orders to indicate acceptance of all BallyHoo's terms and conditions of sale.

Prices are offered on a PAYMENT WITH ORDER basis.

All prices are net and subject to VAT at the rate prevailing on the invoice date.

Note that the cost may be greater than the prices in the brochure shown if:

The artwork is not supplied in a usable state
Unusual colours of ink or balloon are required
A specific make/type of balloon is required
There are any other non-standard requirements.

BallyHoo reserve the right to alter prices at any time before delivery of goods.

PAYMENT

BallyHoo will not begin processing until payment in full has been received.

We accept payment by cheque, cash or most major credit/debt cards

Credit terms are only available to established customers on negotiation.
Additional terms and conditions apply to credit accounts.

DELIVERY

Goods are sent by Royal Mail or carrier.

BallyHoo can advise you of the expected delivery date according to the carrier's published schedules for delivery, but we can not guarantee delivery on or by a specific date.

BallyHoo aim to despatch goods within 14 days calculated from the later of: the receipt of payment in full, receipt of artwork, or approval of artwork. During busy periods the lead time may be a little longer. Lead time is shortened if the customer has paid for the accelerated service.

BallyHoo will not be liable in any way for any subsequential losses or damage incurred as a result of losses or delays by the Royal Mail or any other carriers used for deliveries.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

BallyHoo reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions without notice.

All descriptions are correct at the time of publication. BallyHoo reserve the right to supply alternative products of a similar quality.
