Nightclubs
not only use balloons for decoration within, many use them for
promotional offers such as 'Free entry with this balloon'. Many
councils no longer allow clubs to distribute leaflets in the street
because of the litter problem. Balloons not only attract more
attention from passers by, they biodegrade so even if some are
abandoned, they are not going to be such a problem as sheets of
paper. (But always check with your council for local regulations.)

A display of balloons in the foyer immediately
creates a party atmosphere. If patrons haven’t organised their own
balloons, the venue can tastefully arrange a couple of balloon
bouquets in the room to add a decorative touch. The same printed

stall to advertise itself. And overnight guests with children
will appreciate a gift of a balloon for each child when leaving.
